Terms and Conditions

The services I provide are for "personal use" only , for commercial purposes please contact me with your pricing.

The Artist has every rights to the product.

The Commissioner must :

  • only upload the watermarked artwork with proper credits

  • not claim the rights of the copyrighted artwork(rebranding , promoting,monetizing)

If Commissioner breaks copyright infringement , every rights will be retracted.

Work Flow will be discussed between Commissioner and Artist.

Payment Methods

Please discuss throughout with the Artist to avoid mistakes.

Any Payments decisions must be acknowledged between the Artist and Commissioner.

50/50 will be applied to commission above 100USD while Full Payment will be applied to commission below 100USD.

  • PAYPAL ONLY

  • *There will be two payments - Upfront and After the sketch for commission above 100USD.

  • 50% of the price(both Artist & Commissioner has discussed)will be needed to pay upfront before the Artist starts to work the sketch.

  • After getting sketch approved 50% of the remaining price must be paid before Artist starts the work to finish

  • A TransactionFee of 10 - 30USD+ will be charged onto the 2nd payment only.

  • Refunds are not available.
